That one extra in Sharknado 3...

[Kruge]

Apart from having a jolly good time with the movie anyways there is one very special extra in it that almost made me do a spittake which you guys might want to watch out for:

In the rollercoaster evacuation scene there's a rather fat guy in a black jacket & tshirt in the first cart on the left. That's Oliver Kalkofe - German comedian and, amongst many other things, the German voice of Tom Servo from the MST3K bigscreen movie!

[Kruge]

Hah!

Kalkofe also does a Comedy show in which he presents "the worst movies of all times" - "Schlefaz, die schlechtesten Filme aller Zeiten". In it they show those movies not *completely* unlike MST3K: You get intermissions in which he and his partner talk about and make fun of the movies and while there (sadly) is no comedy commentary during the movie they sometimes add a written joke via subtitles every few minutes. Kinda like "MST3K light".

I that show they (of course!) also did Sharknado I and II (and last week III) - and for part II one of the intermissions was about the shark who got the wife's hand; they had a joke about "The police is looking for a shark with one eye and a scar" and later even made a TShirt out of it:

"Do you know this shark?"

A TShirt he's actually wearing in the rollercoaster scene in part III.

this is getting kinda Inception-Y.
