Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film For Theaters

We saw it and were disappointed. There were laughs to be sure, but not enough. The funniest part was the "Let's all go to the lobby" parody before the movie. Most TV episodes are better than this. They need to stick to the 10-minute format.

I have always loved ATHF.  I thought the signs were stupid but I thought the reaction was WAAAAY over the top silly.

I will see the movie, because ATHF makes me laugh and I have all the DVD sets.  I like non-sequitor humor.  So sue me.

  When Pak and I saw it Friday, we sat in front of a bunch of teenagers who repeatedly kept saying they hoped it wouldn't be a stupid movie. They laughed (at the same times we did) throughout the movie and when the end credits rolled, one of them yelled loudly,"That was awesome!!!". I'd say the movie did its job.

  And the soundtrack beyond rocks.

No Shit?  That reminds me of this one time I was in Mexico.  So there I was, playing poker with three drunken Mexicans, a judge named Hugo, a doctor named Rafael and a foul-mouthed dirt sculptor named Ernesto.  And Ernesto...he's totally drunk off his ass, but he's winning.  And the rest of us are getting kinda peeved.  So Hugo and Rafael start getting madder and madder.  Finally, they're shaking their fingers in Ernesto's face.  And Ernesto, get this, he says "so Sue me!" and then passed right out.
BAM!  next morning, he wakes up as a woman...named Sue.
