That's how I read it too, but unlike most kickstarters, it appears you don't get everything from the previous level all of the time.

There is the "SHORTS COLLECTION" ($10) and there is the "SHORTS COLLECTION PLUS ONE" ($15) all the higher tiers only say you get the "SHORTS COLLECTION" If you were to get that extra MP3 it would have to say "SHORTS COLLECTION PLUS ONE". That maybe an oversight on their part??
