every time I start liking the series,  I start thinking...... yes thinking, not only does time travel not make sense at all, but why on earth do they keep screwing up this impossible time travel. How freakin hard is to stop the robot apocalypse, if you can travel in time. I can see the humans screwing up stopping it, but why is it so hard for the robots, to stop the humans in every movie.

Lets see, send a slightly better robot back in time at the same time the humans send one back,instead of sending it back like a day earlier, so when arnold appears in the desert the girl can just instantaneously shoot him in the head, before he gets a chance to steal clothes off a gay biker with a shotgun. Is that really hard. But then if you think about that you've thought too hard, because the entire thing comes crashing down. ok I'm stopping my head hurts and the movies are stupid, but yeah I'll probably see the 4th just to piss myself off some more.

But a prequel in a time travel movie could very well take place in the future. :^)

I think it should take place in the 1970's. Samuel L Jackson plays the Julesinator and wears a big-ass afro and wherever he goes he blows people away for carrying suitcases full of gold lights.

That would be the greatest movie ever.

Yeah, this whole series if full to the proverbial brim with aneurysm inducing paradoxes.  They should let it die with the crappy third movie.

I'd be happy if the fourth movie faked out the third one and put the series back where the second one left it. I just watched T2 again the other day, and while it too is a really goofy movie for the most part, I still like the series better if I pretend the third one never happened. Because otherwise, the whole part with the black dude was meaningless, and he was the best damn actor in that movie.
