After watching the survivor rate of the characters in this show, I can see why there was not a sequel

Sideswipe

Or it could be that the movie was a total clusterfuck and no one would want to see another one?

I was bieng threated with death by wolf raping before it was cool!.

Mark A. Siefert

I learned that we don't need motors, gears, tubes.

Crow T. Robot,
MST3k, "Jack Frost"

Keighvin

I learned that this is not the movie with Tom Selleck in it. And also that people designing the motorcycle cop of the future failed to see how car horns might be a problem.

I learned that when you're tired both your eyes come out of the same hole.

Pastor of Muppets

I learned that if you are being stalked by vicious murderous robot and you discover it has a crippling and easily accessible weakness, you must NEVER exploit that weakness again.

Seriously, instead of having that lady drive all night to be bait, they could have had one guy lean on a horn while another guy fed R.O.T.O.R into a car crusher, or smashed it with a sledgehammer, or buried it in a pile of dynamite.  ANYTHING but the convoluted "trap it and draw and quarter it" scheme they used.
I'm not particularly religious, and I don't really like Muppets, but I do love word play.

Watching this movie several times over the past year and a half has taught me something. In spite of almost everything being wrong with this movie it's still unbelievably amazing. I mean the dialogue, The robot wearing the Policeman's cap, Shoeboogie, the musical cues, the tunnel leading from the gas station to... somewhere, the bad decisions made by characters and the mannerisms of ROTOR somehow manage to make this possibly the most entertaining bad movie ever. I always get a huge laugh out of this thing.  :D
