3D printing uses computer-aided design (CAD) to create three-dimensional objects through a layering method. Sometimes referred to as additive manufacturing, 3D printing involves layering materials, like plastics, composites or bio-materials to create objects that range in shape, size, rigidity and color.

This person was making a post on a forum.  Posting uses characters from a chosen language to share thoughts and ideas over the internet.  Sometimes referred to message boards, forums involve text of different fonts, colors, and sizes.  Common uses include making other people feel bad so that you can feel superior.

Ohhh, I'll play:  This person was posting a dictionary definition of a forum topic on the internet, in a prelude to (as the boys in Monty Python would sing) Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam and Spam.

Back on topic, I had to redesign my sword holders.  I made the first ones too fancy and they were not strong enough, started to bend, they also had the sword a little too far out from the wall.

So these are much stronger:

My Windows tablet was designed to work with a super expensive external gpu that I'll never buy due to its price and the tablet's internal GeForce 3050 meeting my needs without it.
Annoying thing about the design though is that the external gpu uses a special port that is hidden behind a little rubber cover that also hides a USB-C port.
Figured maybe someone makes a port cover that covers the external gpu port I won't use but doesn't cover the USB port I do use.
Nope. Not produced, but others have expressed same desire for it and I found plans on Thingiverse.
Don't have a 3D printer, but used PrintAThing service to have 10 printed. Didn't need 10 but wanted at least a couple of extras and the cost was only $10 total, half of which was for shipping. Arrived in less than a week and fit perfectly.
Don't think I'd use a 3D printer enough to buy one, but PrintAThing service was great.
Kind of a frivolous expenditure on something that would probably cost 50 cents if it was mass produced and readily available, but amazing to me that something this specialized can be made quickly on demand.
