I posted this question on the movie page but it's been 2 days and I still haven't received an answer. Forgive me if I'm breaking any rules, but I was hoping to get an answer before I decided which version to buy.

Am I reading this right? If I buy the Standard (SD) version it's TV quality, but if I pay 2 bucks extra I get that version as well as a low end HD version? Is the difference worth paying more? $2 doesn't really matter that much to me, but if I pay extra and feel like I got ripped off that is a big deal. Is there any chance of getting screenshots to demonstrate the difference? Also, what's the filesize on each? P. S. I'm mainly interested in this title because it's Ed Wood.

Have you viewed the video formats page?

Basically you pay the $2 extra to unlock the HD formats so you get all of the files. I wouldn't say low end HD. The top file is ridiculously huge (but I download it anyway). I'm at work now but I could do some screenshots comparisons of some other files later on. (I'm over my datacap so I haven't grabbed the HD version of Bride yet).

The catalog pages don't show all the files available. It stops at "HD_LOW"  but there are two more files "above" that, The HD LOW is a lower bit rate 720p file. Then there is HD_MED which is 720P but a higher bitrate then there is HD_HIGH which is 1080p. Those are usually 8-14gb.

Ah I didn't even notice the catalogue didn't mention the other files. Probably where the confusion comes from.

Oh and now I see you used facebook to post on the product page, yeah no one reads those.
