Blu Ray problem

I am using the Blu Ray version of this that is in the Bond 50 boxset, and my riff keeps going wildly out of sync! My Blu Ray's play as NTSC so that is the Riff I am using, but it still keeps unsyncing. I have tried the PAL version and that doesn't work either! Could someone help me please?

Ok this is my next question. As I determined at the time of the original release, there were at least 3 different versions of the film. Anyone know which one is now on BR?
