Movie Clips

[Johnny Unusual]

I've just been having a lot of fun at movieclips.com, which is a sight dedicated to having movie scenes in it.  Then I thought about a thread for just watching great scenes from movies.  Doesn't have to be from the movie clips site, just watching clips.

I feel like we need to be posting more great movie clips.  I saw this one today at the AV Club.  I forgot about this scene in this movie.

As a premise, I've seen it done better, but there's a lot of great little things.

"Do you have anything to share with the rest of us AMAZING LARRY?"

One of my favorite scenes ever.

Mullholland Dr.

It's a damn shame that never became a TV series, as was planned.  I don't think it will ever happen, but I would kill to have Lynch return to TV (The Cleveland Show doesn't count).

BTW, this reminded me of the Il Divo cover... then I remembered that I should have included the Il Divo cover of Falling Slowly or Wicked Game on my LoC list!  Gawddammit!

That song seriously needs to be in a movie.  Preferably about a mafia hit man who finds his wife dead in a pool of blood and vows revenge on those who killed her.  So he gets a crew together who are honourbound to follow him into the gates of hell and it ends in a glorious suicide run the house of those responsible, which ends with everyone dying in an appropriately apocalyptic fashion.

VENDETTA!

B movie awesomeness

Gremlins.
