I have the backbone of a jellyfish. I will buy it, especially since it's being so highly praised here, and to support the team.

Now, all I have to do is think of an excuse I can give for owning it should Claire Danes ever drop by unannounced.

That's the spirit! :) I'm sure you'll think up SOME way to distract Claire.

A guilty pleasure of mine, I like this movie and have seen it a few times.  The Rifftrax was great!!!

I don't know why some of you get offended when they rip on a movie you like.  Life is too short to be offended by someone cutting your favorite movie to shreds.  It is a goofy movie, fun to watch, and a lot more fun when they riff it.

The only thing I don't like ( and some others have mentioned) are the full on conversations during plot development.  The one during the campsite scene especially.  For one, it wasn't that funny and two, people who haven't seen the movies before were annoyed (so they told me).   I can get over it, but the newbies I showed this to get irritated by it.

A solid 9 of 10.  Awesome!!!

Thank you guys.  Lets get a little more Crow in these.  I'm jonesn' for a Bill or (sigh) Trace trax.

I love Kevin Murphy, but I've gotta say his Arnold impression sucks. A perfectly servicable German acccent, but not Schwarzeneggerish at all, and I think it hurts the jokes a little. Mike's Arnold is a lot stronger.

And my Arnold impression? Freakin' hilarious.

Definitely in my top 5 so far.  Loved the reference to Over The Top during the scene where they were escaping the graveyard.
Most wanted: 1. The Wizard (1989) 2. Karate Kid III (1989) 3. Rocky IV (1985) 4. Rocky V (1990) 5. Masters of the Universe (1987) 6. Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997) 7. No Holds Barred (1989) 8. Total Recall (1990) 09. Garbage Pail Kids (1987) 10. The Running Man (1987)

Oh yeah, this one had plenty of references, at least Troll 2, Daredevil and OTT that I can recall right now.

"Al Franken's first day as president."

Is Mike starting to reference our threads? :^)

Mike did make a comment about people posting on internet forums. He was totally thinking of us and how lame we are.

Okay, I'm glad I was weak enough to be persuaded to get this one, it was pretty damn excellent!

But, Kevin Murphy: You'd better watch your back; no-one says such unkind things about the perfect, petite-nosed Claire Danes and gets away with it. To show I mean business, I will disparage your Austrian accent - it was all over the map, veeringly wildly from Russian to Jamaican to Transylvanian - I even think I detected a bit of Welsh from time to time.

The evil Terminator can control other machines. right?

So why did it have to use the steering wheel when it punched through the cop?

Or did I have too many beers when I was watching this?

Here is the review I threw up on my LJ

On Saturday night I got to sit down with my freshly mixed T3 RiffTrax DVDr and  watch my first new rifftrax in a few weeks (I still haven't seen The Wicker Man, it isn't released in NZ until the 28th) and it was great. I really wasn't that taken with the Aeon Flux RiffTrax, but Mike and Kevin were really on form for T3. When Kevin gives his heartfelt monologue on A Future with No Beer he hits the ground running and they barely let up.
Yes, there were plenty of Governator jokes, I think I got almost all of them, but I suspect I am a bit more American-ized than most.
'I ahm here for Phil Angelides'
There were also a bunch of references to previous rifftrax. I caught Troll 2, Over The Top and Dare Devil, that I recall directly.
Kevin really seemed to have a thing about Claire Danes nose, and I think everyone over at Legend Films hates the guy who played Scott her fiance.

I would say definitely in my top 5.

Nope, I think you got it right. Which means, don't try to figure it out.

BathTub

so what would the car be doing while she extended her finger thingy, drilled into the steering column and then tried to take over the car?

Pak-Man

I'm gonna go for the no-prize and say that while the Terminatrix was able to control machines, this particular car didn't have power steering, and couldn't be operated within the mechanics of the vehicle itself. :^)

You know, if the script writers had thought as much about this stuff as we do, then the movie would have been a lot better.

"Gee, maybe I will write a scene about women stealing the lead's "Everything's OK" tapes.   Yeah, people will love that".

Sorry, I just cannot let the Wicker Man go...........

I liked all the past references to previous Rifftrax. Over the Top, Troll 2, Road House to name a few and one of my favorite riffs:

Kevin: Where have we seen this guy? (nick stahl)

Mike: I don't know..police blotter... unemployment line...
