The Exper is what's seen at the end of the puzzle. It starts out with E and slowly spells EXPERIMENT throughout the flash animation. I don't know if it's part of the anagram, but I chucked it in just in case.

Notice all the letters that make up "Experiment" are all a couple pixels aligned above the rest. So i think we can definitely be sure the first word is EXPERIMENT and not some other form of the word.
