Fascinating Manos trivia / Will there really be a 'sequel'?

[MerryWanna]

Maybe other MSTies already know this stuff, but it came as a huge shocker to me: The actor that played the Master was actually the real life father of Jackey (who played the little girl, Debbie)...

I also want to know if anyone knows whether that business about "Manos II: Search For Valley Inn" was an actual happening-in-progress or just a gag. (I am very gullible sometimes.)

It is a real movie, its been in the works for quite awhile now, and you can find a few things about it around the forum if you look.  They're on facebook too.  The forum's own torgosPizza is in it.

I can't exactly remember where I first found out about it, but I do find it somewhat odd that imdb has no info on it.

Great article about Jackey by the way, I read she was also at one of the Rifftrax screenings, wonder which one she prefers.

Not much there.

Hey all.  Jackey aka Debbie here.  I love talking Manos and sharing news old and new.  I also greatly enjoy clearing up much of the Manos Mythology.  Partly because the truth is just as interesting as the made up stories.  For "behind the scenes" stories, please visit me at http://debbiesmanos.blogspot.com/ and in regards to the sequel.  Part of it has been filmed and I'm one of the main actors however, I'm not sure of the schedule for completion.

Just found this interview: http://jophan.org/mimosa/m18/brandt.htm

Interesting that Torgo's funny walk was due to his "cloven hooves".
