Fandango screwed me out of Manos

I used Paypal to pay for my Manos tickets, and I got a confirmation from PayPal that the payment went through. I went to the theater... oh, no, no tickets for you.

Be thorough if you buy through Fandango. Wouldn't want anyone else to get [expletive].

I've used Paypal once on Fandango.  Wrote down my confirmation number from Fandango (not from Paypal) and gave it to the girl at the box office.  She typed it in and gave me my tickets. 

I wouldn't use Paypal again cause I prefer using the automated kiosks to pick up my tickets, instead of waiting at the box office.

Couldn't you have just bought a ticket to Bourne Legacy and snuck into Rifftrax?

I bought my tickets about a month ago on Fandango for an AMC theatre, couldn't pick up my tickets at the kiosk had to go to the box office, didn't use paypal. How does it work with paypal, fandango, and AMC?

I couldn't do that because I never got a confirmation from Fandango, but I got a confirmation of PayPal sending them my money. Fandango never bothered to send a confirmation nor an e-mail saying "Hey, we never got your payment."

If I remember correctly, the confirmation number was right there on the screen after making the purchase.  At least that is where I wrote it down from.  Strange that you never got an email from Fandango confirming your purchase.  I get emails out the ass from them every time (Here is your confirmation, did you enjoy your movie?).  Send off an email to Fandango explaining what happened and I am sure they will try to make it right.

Likewise. I used Paypal/Fandango here, got a printout, picked up the tickets on Wednesday, and all set.
