Todd, that reminds me of a very funny bit from the late-great Patrice O'Neal :

No Matter Where you go, there you are.

Our league at work is a large one, 16 teams.  We have four teams in four divisions...........and I'm in the same division as K1's team.

I'll post my team after we draft next week. I'm an Irish boy so my team name is the Father Mulloy's  :rimshot:

I'm a German-Irish guy so my team is, naturally, "Toasted Raviolis" (oh yeah, I am from St. Louis)

I'm doomed.

At least with baseball I know a ton about the sport.  Football knowledge is something I have none of.

Bob

Eh, anything is possible.   Heck, I won the NHL league last year after only knowing Blues players.   So who really can guess what will happen?

Yeah, their players can probably afford to buy tickets and watch good teams play in the game.

What Fantasy Football program do you all use? I've been meaning to get into that but there's so many choice I get confused and take a nap instead. A free one would be good as well.

For baseball and hockey we use Yahoo (it's free!)

I'm also in an ESPN league for football this year and I'm less than impressed so far with the interface compared to the Yahoo football leagues I'm in as well.

But if you're interested in joining the NHL or MLB ones stick around the forums and you will see me post about them.

Ravens SMOKED the Jags tonight, 48-17.  Not that impressive of a feat given the competition but I'm still happy about it.  Joe put up good numbers too.  27/36 for 266 and 2 TDs.  Really can't wait for this season to start already.

Bob

I'm just glad preseason goes by kinda fast as the scores on the games really mean nothing.   It's really just getting your team stacked and new coaches in place.    I still find it a rip off that season ticket holders like me have to pay full price for two preseason home games.    I guess the billionaires need my money.
