I'm 1-1, although I find it funny that the guy who beat me last week and scored 160 points got only 35 points this week!

Was that me? Because I think I had around 35 points when I checked the other day vs my opponents 193467 or so.

I'm 3-0 despite the fact that my starting running back each week has been severely injured to the point that not only did he not finish that game he's missed every game since.  Fred Jackson in week 1, Bradshaw in week 2, and Reggie Bush last week.  If this trend continues I'll be down to the Titan's 4th running back by mid season.

I just noticed the Recap "Sports article" feature.  It's pretty cool!  Have they had that in years past? If it's new I hope they add it to Hockey (whenever there is hockey) and Baseball!

So the league I'm in where I can win some $... We have 1 week until the playoffs and here are the standings.  Top 8 teams make playoffs.

Only 1 team that definitely won't make it.  The other 11 teams are still in it.  Nobody has it clinched.  I can potentially fall from 1st to 11th with a loss this week.  Scary. Not what I want to think about with money on the line.

Of the 4 leagues I'm in this year, I've already clinched a playoff spot in 2 of them, I'm in position for a playoff spot in another.  Totally out of it in the last one.  In the league I created, which has 18 teams, I've clinched the number one seed.  The other custom league I'm part of is for another message board I go to.  In that one, I started 1-4 and thought I was done, but I'm currently on a 7 game win streak and sitting at 3rd place and a clinched playoff spot.  Epic comeback success!

HOW IS THIS HAPPENING? I KNOW NOTHING OF FOOTBALL!

4 leagues.  1 championship.  1 2nd place finish.  1 3rd place finish.  In the 4th league, I lost the 7th place game, so, yeah, not so good.  But 3 out of 4 finishes in the top 3 ain't bad, especially since the 3rd place finish is in an 18 team league.  I declare this year a moderate success.

My first year doing football. I have no idea how the scoring works, but I get the basic idea since I've been doing hockey & baseball since 1997. (And a couple years before that before I took a break for awhile)

Ended up top seed in the playoffs in my ESPN league but got KILLED in the second round despite being favored by about 60 points.  Then I got demolished in the game for 3rd place.  Projected to get about 145 points, got 70.  So 4th place in that league which means I don't win any money.

One other league has 1 more week to go, but I got crushed last week & I'm riding a sweet 3 week losing streak.  If I win this upcoming week I'll have 3rd place, if not it's another 4th place.

Then in Bob's league (the one I thought I had ZERO chance of winning) I do believe I am THE CHAMPION.
