Susan Valdez

[MerryWanna]

I am wondering if this actress Susan Valdez who pops up on Google is the same Susan Valdez who played Guardiana.  I am coming up blank on her film bios except for the information that she's part Filipino, and "Safety Woman" does seem to have a streak of Asian in her.  What I was really looking for was an age.  She'd have had to be in her 20's or early '30s in the mid-70s.  I gotta wonder if she ended up as a second-or-third-rate actress in any films that are familiar.

And did anyone notice the camouflaged "bird" in the Danger-Dodger hand signal?

I'm pretty sure that it's the character's name, not the actress.  I always wonder about the actors in the educational shorts in case they showed up in real films, but it is hard information to get.
