I learned that in the future hair gel technology still won't convincingly hide a retreating hairline,
that getting your feet replaced with hands doesn't really make you better at anything at all,
that digging for marbles in my back and rubbing them when I find them will let me log-on to the matrix
and I learned that Hitler would've been sexier without the Chaplin mustache.

I learned that in the future jailers forget to search people before putting them in prison, much less assign them prison uniforms or anything nutty like that.

I also learned that when you try to make an almost entirely unconnected, absurdist, and deliberately irrational cartoon series into a movie with a plot, it somehow makes much less sense.

Minnesota

that black veils are good for keeping away those pesky eye' flies

macleod

I learned that MTV hasn't gotten much better at filmmaking since "Joe's Apartment"

Pak-Man

I learned that the best place to hide your top-secret cloning facility is in the creepy blimp that everyone knows about. :^)

I learned that I can hold meetings inside myself if I have the correct drugs.

I've known that for a long time, LOL!

I learned that the great, (GREAT!), Frances McDormand must have some kind of gambling problem and HAD to do this movie looking like a clown.

I learned:

1.  Charlize Theron must be the more georgeous woman on the planet.... but I think I knew that before.
2.  Hitler hair is not very becoming.
3.  Hands feet will never catch on.   In the Ozarks, are they looking for "Big Hands"?
4.  Joe's Apartment was the apex of MTV films.
5.  "Blood Simple"........ "Fargo"......."Aeon Flux"............. WTF was she thinking?
6.  It must be nice to have guns that never need reloading.
7.  Not all animated shorts should be made into full length movies.
8.  Peter Chung must have gotten a good price when he sold his soul.

I learned that making copies of copies leads to distortion...

...for example

Copy of the Matrix = Matrix Revolutions
Copy of Matrix Revolutions = Aeon Flux
Copy of Aeon Flux = Ultraviolet (yikes)

sarcasm_made_Easy

which leads us to the inevitable question, what is next?

macleod

Actually,

Copy of Ultraviolet = Bloodrayne
Copy of Bloodrayne = Zombie Nightmare
Copy of Zombie Nightmare = Hobgoblins
Copy of Hobgoblins = Brain Anneurism

Yeah, after awhile it just starts circling the drain...

But at least we know Aeon Flux is better than something,

Aeon Flux is at least a little better than coming down with the "Bloody Flux" right?

I learned that if you're about to fall face first into a lawn of razor sharp blades of grass, you can defy the laws of physics for a few seconds and just float there until your friend comes over to help.
