My guess?  "Pocket Ninjas".  Oh, I know that's not a good guess, but I think it'd be pretty amazing. It has rating of 1.5 which is the same rating as IMDb's Bottom 7... just not enough votes to qualify.

Well, you know, if he really wants to mess with us, it could be a movie that currently has no rating because it hasn't received the minimum requirement of five votes. This is the case sometimes with new & upcoming direct-to-video releases (including some distributed by Anchor Bay).
