I wouldn't mind a 'trax with Disembaudio in full Riffing capacity. In fact, I keep waiting for the day.. :^)

macleod

Well, I think that might get a little grating after awhile, at least the way I listen to rifftrax (ipod+ earbuds)

But I like the brief additions

FrensaGeran

Or maybe the magical power of such a horrible film like "Over The Top" magically turns Dis into a normal human boy, and we lose the voice filter.

Hey, it's happened before.

Yeah, at the end of Pinochio, doesn't he watch Over the Top? :^)

FrensaGeran

You're thinking of Dante's Inferno. Easily confusable.  ;D

Wow what's next No Holds Barred?  God I hope so!  Please let the next one be either an arnold or hulk hogan vehicle!

A hogan movie would be a GREAT choice. Isn't there a movie where he's a wrestler who needs to rescue his brother or something? His name was RIP in it or something. I saw it when I was really young.

I know it is a long way off, but the ultimate Hulk hogan movie to be riffed would be Santa With Muscles......as bad as all hogan movies are, this is worst and in desperate need of riffing.

macleod

Keep in mind...it's pretty much the only armwrestling movie ever made...hehe

Haha, that's a mainstay on the IMDB Bottom 100, a list all msties/riffaholics should be familiar with. Number 6 right now.

Also, at number 4, From Justin to Kelly...now THAT is a movie that should only be a matter of time before they get around to riffing.  If they can do Crossroads, why not that?

J-Proof, Fyi...you need to deinterlace or at least Inverse Telecine those previews to get rid of the combing artifacts.

P.S. I can't wait till this is released!

No can do actually - it's something that Flash just does. It's not that we don't do things at the highest element quality. It's jsut something that Flash Video happens to spit out at us =)

Sorry about that =(

[Edit]

It's /very/ noticeable in previews where there's tons of motion - like the LOTR or Star Wars previews. There were no interlacing issues in the raw video elements - but Flash's conversion to flv caused the combing.

THats probably because the raw MPG file is being played with DVD player software that is preforming the inverse telecine or deinterlacing.
If you open the raw mpg in a video editor, like MPEG2VCR, it will show the combing lines too. Its not the flash coversion that is adding the interclace (combing lines).
No worries, its not that big of a deal.

P.S. if you check out some of the previews on my page, you will see that the interlace lines are not there because I inverse telecined the video.

Edit: Also, the interlace lines are only noticeable when there is side to side movement. This is why it is more apparent during action scenes.

Flash still sucks.
