I always thought "...yours is... superior..." was the most ridiculous part of the movie.

Doors whoosh open on McCoy as he grouses "Who's been holding up the damn elevator." 

I also like this weird moment near the beginning when Kirk and Spock are in that hallway, and there's an extra doing some sweeping or something, and Kirk actually kind of turns around and checks the guy out.  Esoteric certainly, perhaps homoerotic?
