There is video of them making that statement.  :D

Funny thing is that other people have it posted on YouTube as well (and had it online before I did) and theirs are still up  Oh well.

Oh...we all heard it in the first video.  But that evidently didn't matter.

And probably the difference between those others and you are that you posted it here so they didn't have to go looking.

Glad to make things easier for them.  Can I have a free Rifftrax for helping make it easier for them?  :D

Although I hate to challenge the overlords here at RT, I'd put in a challenge of that infringement, since they clearly state it was licensed Creative Commons.  I'm personally hoping it was just collateral damage of the recent purge of copies of the grocery witch short from Youtube.

If that's the case, it wouldn't be the first time YouTube got overzealous in deleting material. There was a time several years back when LucasFilm asked YouTube to remove all copies of some exclusive videos from the Star Wars private fanclub that people were uploading. YouTube proceeded to remove ALL Star Wars related material, including fanfilms and parodies. When LucasFilm saw what had happened, they made YouTube correct their mistake.

I think YouTube may be a little paranoid about getting sued. :P

That's the mentality I took when posting my "MST3K on ATARI 2600" video on YouTube a little while ago by not actually saying "Mystery Science Theater 3000".. :o

I just deleted it rather than challenge.  I just can't deal with it given everything else I've got going on right now.  (Also deleted the Buying Food short just to be safe.)

I'm not pissed about it just to be clear.  I just wish I didn't have Strike 2 against me on YouTube right now.  (The other was I believe from music by Miles Davis playing in the background of some footage of my son's 2nd birthday party.)

But if you look, you can still find this short on YouTube that other people uploaded (and in much better quality than mine).  Just sayin'.

It's ok.  I can still enjoy my footage whenever I want to.  :)
