A nice long interview with Mr. T. Wiseau. I gather from this that he doesn't know what a vampire is.

Some excerpts from the interview

QuoteLWLies: Your latest project is a horror film entitled 'The House That Drips Blood On Alex'. The trailer which features you screaming whilst covered in blood gives very little away, could you tell us a bit more about the film Tommy?

Wiseau: Sure, it will be released at Halloween on TV. I didn't direct it though, I was just hired as an actor: people are getting mixed up and assuming too much. My character, Alex, is looking for a place to stay, he got a house free of charge and you will see he sell his soul. In the second episode it may be that he become a vampire but I'm not sure yet.

QuoteLWL: Can you tell me a bit more about this vampire film you're working on?

TW: It is something what you'll be probably not sleeping least for a couple weeks after! It is about the king of vampires, he is taking over the world but he is a good vampire. He's not a vampire who'll be killing people on the contrary he help people to survive, indirectly. He has been living here in the Earth for many, many decades but by accident somebody discover that he has come to life. His challenge is to adapt to human society. The project will be epic meaning that there will not be only one movie but at least twelve films following. You will not be sleeping for a couple of weeks after and maybe you become a vampire Chris you never know? Haha, are you into vampires?

LWL: Not especially. Are you?

TW: I believe very strongly that a long, long time ago and even today, society had a certain individual who we call a vampire that can actually live for 200 years or more. This is a grey area where people say well this is fantasy, but what if something like this can exist? Well the answer's very simple, yes it can, ok?

QuoteLWL: I remember seeing a trailer a while ago for a sitcom you were working on called The Neighbours, did you ever shoot a pilot?

TW: Yes I did – the pilot has been completed, we got an ok with one of the network people but they approved only one episode which I'm against to be honest with you because I'd prefer to have thirteen rather than one. We are planning on shooting next month or following month before Christmas because a lot of people ask me about it and I want to complete at least thirteen episodes.

LWL: It appears to be an office-based sitcom, where exactly do 'the neighbors' fit into it?

TW: One of the characters, Princess Penelope, is coming from England and she's renting a haunted apartment and she always says she wants to talk to ghosts, she can afford to spend thousands on a hotel but she wants to rent this particular haunted apartment. That's one of the ghost stories we have in The Neighbors then we also have the typical American neighbours they are completely off the wall. It is about relationships and it is American culture I want to present, a lot of people don't realize what America is about.

Plastic Self-Cleaning Duck

Someone has been watching Twilight and taking it seriously.....

Quote....he is taking over the world but he is a good vampire. He's not a vampire who'll be killing people on the contrary he help people to survive, indirectly.

That's probably Wiseau's twisted view of Carlisle.
