We have a guy like this where I live. I mean it, it is this guy with a bicycle who scoots (that is sit on it and pushes it along with one leg, no pedaling.) the thing into town almost everyday to collect up the junk. And this is like a 20+ mile trip one way. He screams and waves his fists at the passing cars and often wears a Santa hat (the last I saw him with it on was March). I know you people think I am kidding, but this is true. I'll just have to start carrying my camera with me for when I see him again.
