Watching the youtube video, since I missed it when it was live.

I'm actually finding myself being an armchair bacon cook here and saying things like "FOOL! Why are you putting on each piece as you slice them? They won't cook evenly! Slice them all, THEN fry it!" and "FOOL! You're frying bacon in the office, it's gonna leave a film of grease!"

I... actually sat here and watched that, the whole hour, and I don't regret it. That was brilliant in its own way.

I'm more interested in that sausage, though. I must try some of those, but I wouldn't know the first place to look for it.

One of the downsides of living in the midwest, I'm afraid. Bratwurst is about as unique as our sausages get. I like a good brat, though.

On the plus side, lots of venison. I've never had to go hunting a day in my life, but I know so many people that do and they always have more than they know what to do with. ^_^
