One of the alternative titles on IMDB is "Brides of Blood Island", so that is probably a good guess.   It looks to be made by the same folks that gave us "Blood fo the Vampire", so that pretty much clinches the deal for me.

I'm pretty sure they aren't public domain. From what I understand, Cinematic Titanic made a deal with the rights holders saying they can riff/distribute the films as long as they change the titles. Even public domain movies can be a problem. Roger Corman tried (unsuccessfully) to sue them for trying to distribute the original Wasp Woman without his permission, so they had to put up a silly legalities card saying that it shouldn't be confused with the 1995 version that he does have the rights to. I can understand why the Rifftrax guys like to avoid most of the movie rights nonsense.

Should use an alternate title for all the movies...   "Wasp Woman -- ON BLOOD!"
