purchase of riff trax live DVD, no credit

I ordered the Riff Trax LIve DVD with weird al, and according to the website if you purchase it(I think) you get a 10 dollar credit. However the website is not specific as to WHICH 5 dvds so I could be wrong. In any case I didn't get a credit, so I am trying to figure out what happened. I downloaded the file vs. hard copy but I though that didn't matter.

Yeah right now it only counts for the physical DVD. But if you email us at support@rifftrax we can fix it for you.

You don't get a ten dollar credit for buying one DVD.  You get a ten dollar credit if you buy five DVDs.
