OK...here's what I've done.  I've used DVDFab to create a cloned ISO file.  I've used Rejig AND DVD Decrypter to try and Demux the files, but neither works.  Rejig the files came out all screwy and the audio on the Decrypter files was unsynced with the movie (despite the fact it said there was no delay).  Anyone else having these problems and know of a solution?

Has anyone got this to work?!  In DVDDecrypter, I've got two titles under VTS_16, and each title has two different Angles...  Is this even the right VTS?!  This one is just messed up.

I had one try that seemed to have the right length for the audio, but the sync lines stopped syncing at about 45 minutes in or so.

Side Note : Is there a way to test the ISO file BEFORE I convert it to MP4?  That step takes 3-4 hours and it's really annoying testing it afterwards just to find out it's not synced right.

I find it best to treat the audio and video as seperate projects. You can't really go wrong with the video conversion, so set that off and then work on the audio and merge them together at the end.

VTS 16, PGC 0.  Synced perfectly for me.

FINALLY!  I get to HELP someone rather than ask myself!!!  YAY!!!!

It's Angle 1.  Angle 2 is the alternate ending version.

That's the thing... I show PGC 1, 2 and 3 (2 being a null... so basically 1 and 3) but no 0.  I'll try PGC 1 and angle 1.

Just to note, I had to add 4 or so seconds to the beginning of mine before anything synced up.

And since I couldn't get anything to rip the movie, I had to make a copy and rip it from THAT. It's a labor of love, but this turned into more work than I expected.
If you want the rainbow you've got to put up with the rain. You know which "philosopher" said that? Dolly Parton. A people say she's just a big pair of tits.

Any DVD will solve pretty much all the problems with the latest copy guards. When a new copy guard rears it's ugly head Any DVD usually has an update in a couple of days.

OKay, hmmm...   when I rip out VTS 16, I get an audio track that's about an hour and 5 minutes long.  I am guessing this is wrong??  When I use a Linux based ripper, I get an audio track that's around an hour and a half-ish, but it's obviously the wrong version because the sync stops syncing at 45 minutes in.

What is the actual length of this movie?!  No one would want to send me the correct m2v and ac3 files would they!??!  I have an ftp server  :/

[edit] Okay, I think I got this crap working... gotta wait until I get home from work to check the audio/visual sync, but at least I found the right track.  Wooo!!!  [/edit]

Something weird about this one... I was able to manage syncing it by adding an audio delay of 3200 ms to the audio file. It seems the delay occurs because of the video and NOT the audio. So all my video demuxers didn't detect any delay (I tried several different ones). Delaycut works great for this to fix the ac3 file after you demux it.

Rip your authorized version of PA using AnyDVD to a ripped ISO image. Mount the ISO image and use DVD Decrypter to demux the VTS16 files. Everything syncs up perfectly.
