This came to me today out of nowhere while I was eating lunch, and I almost spit my Dr Pepper. I can't remember what episode it's from or even what the context for it was.

Opening of "Fugitive Alien"....when Ken is still a Star Wolf and they're attacking Earthlings.  The people being shot act like they're being electrocuted by the aliens' guns...

And that's when Joel says that.
