31. AVP: Alien Vs. Predator - (2004) - 51 points
(3 of 24 lists. Highest ranking - #4 Relaxing Dragon)

Score! A movie that all but killed both franchises for me (though admittedly this is coming from someone who actually likes Alien³ and is mostly indifferent on Alien: Resurrection). Definitely deserves a riffing (ditto the atrocious sequel).

Had that on my list as well as requiem. people bitched about the lack of violence in the first one, so they go overboard on the second.

And then turn down the lighting so much you can't even tell what's going on. The only reason I like the second a bit more than the first, actually, is because of the awesome sewer fight and because the Predator doesn't fall in love with a human.

Worst...production...still...ever.

Yeah...if you're a business why would you want your product shown somewhere where it could inspire people to buy it?

I heard of this in the movie It Came From Hollywood.  And as 50's B movies go it's only slightly worse than The Deadly Mantis or The Black Scorpion....until the effects shots.   :o  And then it goes over the edge.
