for all 2 or 3 of you out there who MIGHT care.  I am actually capable to get rifftrax while deployed.  Sure i have to go to "internet hut" where the firewall is noneexistant and i have to pay to use it but i can actually dl stuff there.  I just got the daredevil one and will be watching tonight if i can.  The trick is getting the dvd

nah im in the desert but not in iraq, im in a place thats marginally better.  However we do have blockbusters out here, they go buy different names, usually all bad silly and have something to do with the base.  Its free however all you need is your ID card.  im not entirely sure how they get the movies but they have em.  We also have whats called a moral drive.  Its essentially a huge server that hold media (movies music and misc)  and they stream it to your work computer.  Thats how i got to see Heros.  Last night i checked out Daredevil (best night ive had off here yet )  I dont think ill get a chance at battlefield earth.  Without the rifftrack i would call it a warcrime to force us to watch that.  Even someone accidently watching it from the moral server would be cruel and unusual.

When my uncle was in Iraq, he was able to get his hands on ALL KINDS of "extremely legal"  DVD's.
