You've met our neighbor?  :o  (Seriously, that IS one of our neighbors.  But it's more of a stares at us in a "what are those crackers doing living next door? those damn kids better not walk on my lawn!"  Seriously creepy.  He always comes outside and gets something he "forgot" in his car whenever we are outside.  And if I'm mowing the lawn... oh man.  He must have lost something seriously important.
