Yes there have been numerous petitions to the New Zealand Language Board to have his citizenship revoked, but he just casually flashes the Oscars around and they get thrown in the bin.

Is it just him, or is that a local accent from wherever he's from? Because if it's the latter, the town should be burnt to the ground.

haha, I have no idea what town he is from, but I seriously doubt it, just have to write him off as the Screech of Wellywood.

"Wellywood." That's cool. Never heard that before. Does Wellington host that many film productions? I thought it was just Peter Jackson and friends for the most part, but then I am an ignorant American.

Well there has always been a fair amount of filming in the capital. TVNZ the national (govt) broadcaster was based in the region for a long time (Avalon Studios) but no so much anymore. What Peter Jackson has done is pump a lot of money back into the region and created world class production facilities like Park Road Post www.parkroadpost.co.nz and of course Weta Digital and Weta Workshop which better supports the local industry and encourages more overseas productions to come over. And of course the Govt has been throwing around money to companies to make them come over too.

That's good to hear. Any movie that wasn't filmed entirely on a soundstage in Burbank already has a lot going for it.

Can you DAP users please ask your fellow DAP-er IsFeasachMe not to upload RiffTrax or RiffTrax'd movies to Torrent Sites?  He even said in his upload that we  were watching sites and had had torrents removed from ISOhunt.  Seems contrary to the mission statement of the DAP.

It has nothing to do with the DAP at all, as mentioned previously the DAP runs a white list e-donkey server, which specifically does not serve up commercially available material. Is it for some other reason than IsFeasachMe has a DAP forum account that you think the DAP has anything to do with his torrents? He hasn't been on the irc server, doesn't appear to be known.

The man sounds like he's doing a really bad impression of a New Zealand accent. While holding a lit road flare in the corner of his mouth. He does a bang-up job, though.

Also, on the private edonkey server, if you file isn't in the whitelist (meaning has not been checked by a DAP elder to make sure it's not commercialy available) then it doesn't show up on the server, so even if you try and share it, the sever just ignores it.

The DAP takes protecting the people who give us the entertainment we love so much very seriously.
