They're already shooting the sequel and they have more lined up.

Which means that in all likelihood, we'll get to hear our riffers do justice to the most disgusting birth scene this side of Alien.

There is a God.

Wait, does one of the vampires give birth? I've never read the books but I thought the whole point was that the vampires were abstinent.

You know, on second thought, I don't want to know anymore about this series :)

Doctor Who?

But i thought all woman loved Twilight and would gladly kill for what's his name the vampire guy.

Interesting dilemma.

On the one hand: Vampire fiction is anathema to me, so the movie is anathema to me, which qualifies it as "bad" for me.

On the other hand: The whole flippin' point of movie riffing.

Well, there is one way around abstinence.

Let's ask PlayMSTie!  If the first book ended in a prom, then the second one has to be a wedding, third a birth, and forth....live eternal as a sparkler?

bratpop

Twilight... okay, but riffing the sequels? I don't think the riffclowns hate themselves that much. It'd be like riffing an eight hour movie.

Exactly!

I think people are getting too used to riffing on "good" movies.

Bring on the shit, I say!

It's saying a lot when the glittery vampires are disappointing even by glitter standards.

What about the entire SW prequel trilogy? That's an 8 hour+ shit storm.

bratpop

But at least the first two are different. They only did the third out of guilt. And that's not four of the same movie. And it's not 8+ hours.

Action Batch

Oh you're right. It's a 7hour+ shit storm. Thank god we got that corrected.

According to my gal, Meyers "Lucas'd" the last book... went way off of her own (already set) mythology.  Had vampires doing things she previously stated they weren't able to do, the characters were far out of character, etc etc.

I hope when they make the final film, they insert in some digital creatures, and a lot of walkie talkies.
...and there he was, reigning supreme at number two.  The One... The Only... The Unabeefer.
