House on Haunted Hill Download Failing

The download process for my House on Haunted Hill DivX file cuts out about 184 MB into the download. When I play the file, only the first portion of the movie is viewable. I tried downloading the MPEG-2 file, and the same thing happens. The downloads won't go through in their entirety.

I'm having the same problem. At first I thought it was the player since it was cutting out after 5 minutes...this morning I realized that's all the film I had downloaded! I tried it again this morning with the same result. so it's still a problem.

I used firefox and windows XP, and my IP is 69.143.86.112

I'm still only getting from 150 - 400 MB of the file

Just tried again. Got about 990 MB this time. Got me to 51:40 in the film.

I've got the same problem. Neither House on HH or Night of the Living Dead will download completely.
I've tried both Safari and Firefox.

I've noticed this on IE browser on the larger MPEG-2 files. Sometimes it would say it was done, but the file size told me otherwise.

I just tried again and it was able to download completely. Never reported it as I could not add any details to the above and that would help no one debug.

Got to 850 megs of NotLD, using IE7, Windows Vista HE 32 bit. Trying again now...

I had the same problem when downloading the Buying Food short (.mpg) yesterday. On the first attempt, it stopped at 23.7MB/299MB. On the second attempt I got the entire file. Of 18 RiffTrax files downloaded yesterday, that was the only one that gave me a problem.

We did make some more changes today so I'm hoping that a lot of these issues have been fixed. If you had trouble downloading anything yesterday, please try again.

Also, we're hoping to move our content to a Content Network, but that might or might not happen in the near future. In the meantime we'll keep working on this issue.

I'm having this problem right now, with several VOD files. A Mac with Safari and Firefox. Download stops partway through.

Hmm. Can you tell me which files they are? Are you trying to download them all at the same time? Do you have any other tabs open with RiffTrax pages on them?
