Pretty much anything made by Troma would be a good bad movie pick. If you want a particular vile one that's easy to get... go for "Tromeo and Juilet". Its not good and that's exactly how it was intended by the filmmaker. If you're into sadistic, gross, fart jokes, and morally wrong movies... they make the best... or... uhhh... worst!

You could spend a good year watching the Troma library... and I guarantee you would never call any of them "good" movies.

I feel weird suggesting genuinely bad movies.

One I have is called Dead and Deader. Dean Cain plays a sort of zombie Daywalker, a guy who gets bitten by a zombie, turns into a zombie but doesn't lose his self-control or intelligence. Instead of slowly rotting away and falling apart like most zombies he gains a healing factor, super strength and the hilarious weakness of needing to eat raw meat once or twice a day. He gets a couple sidekicks too: a hideous black stereotype and an obnoxious film student/boob delivery system, the latter of which is an excuse to cram a bunch of pretentious in-jokes into the script. It tries to be clever and knowingly cheesy, but the comedy is so bad and it's so poorly done overall that I found it more painful than other equally bad zombie movies.
