In one version of the script Jutin Long was to be McLean's son.  I just hope the film is rated R like all the other ones.  I am tired of this PG-13 crap for action flicks.

Agreed.  The 3rd one is possibly the funniest of the three too.

HUGE thumbs up to that.  DH3 is great.  I consider DH3 the true sequel to DH1.  DH2 is a just a Renny Harlin hack job.

Yeah, but something just doesn't sit right with me in DH2.  The action is done pretty well, but other stuff bugs me.  The writing is the worst part, as well as the silly coincidence that the reporter is on the same plane as Holly, the policeman who writes John the parking ticket is too hammy...I dunno.  It just feels wrong, I think Harlan just failed capture the same tone that the first one had.
