RECAP:
The next movie is a made-for-TV, animated, Rankin/Bass holiday movie that was released between 1970 - 1990.  It is not part of a series, and not claymation. The title starts with a letter between N & Z and contains an article (a, an, or the).  It is not Rudolph & Frosty's Christmas in July, nor is it The Year Without a Santa Claus, nor is it Santa Claus is Coming to Town, nor is it 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.

You're in, it's open to the public, just make sure your question contributes...aka don't ask if it's Minority Report if we already know it's made in the 80's. That type of thing.

The summary is slightly inaccurate, according to the clue, the title could start with an 'N'



EDIT: HAH!!! I was right, the title was between N and Z not O and Z
