purchased and charged twice

This past Wednesday i purchased two towers and the first time it said the credit card information could not be processed, so i tried again and it worked! when i went to download it i noticed i had two of everything for two towers and when i checked my bank online i saw two purchases go through. so even tho the first one said it didn't go through, it did. can i get refunded for one of them?
