Actually, there are a lot of creepy things in that movie.

But in all seroiusness though, when the girl from exorcist crawled down the stairs upside down and when she got to the bottom the blood poured out of her mouth.....   I shiver every time.

Any of those shots where a person moves in a way that is not quite human squick me out at least a little bit. The girl in the Exorcist spidering her way down the stairs is one, and the girl from The Grudge crawling down the stairs at the end is another - I can't quite describe that one, but the way her arms and legs were moving was not human, it was fast and slow in the wrong areas, if you know what I mean by that. Jittery, maybe? They don't actually scare me, but they kind of make my flesh crawl.

You might want to not watch the preview for the Unborn.  Though it is yet another "evil kid ghost" movie... it might be good.  There are parts of the preview I really like and parts I think are really lame.
