Gary Oldman (ok, some of his roles have been terrible, but he has also been terrific in other ones).

Oh, I don't think you can call him "greatest bad actor".  He's always the bright spot in any lousy production he gets stuck in - even Lost In Space.

He never gets dragged down to the movie's level.

He's not a "so-bad-he's-good" actor.

Agreed.  Now Jeremy Irons on the other hand, there's a good actor that can get dragged down.

Timothy Olyphant. I'm sorry, but I just don't see anything good in this guy. He played a terrible Agent 47 and an even worse Die Hard villain (and I use that term quite loosely). Haven't seen Deadwood, though, so maybe he's really good in that.

Much to my total amazement, he was GREAT in Deadwood.   Maybe he needs to have the 1880's facial hair in every movie he does.

Lance Herkensonsonsonson is always fun to watch in whatever crap movie he is in.

Hell, even Brian Bosworth was entertaining.

Imagine my joy at seeing them both in the same movie!

Hmm... well, facial hair has been known to improve acting ability. Just look at Daniel Day-Lewis (though he was really good even before he started getting those outrageous mustaches).

Toby Danger

Reb Brown, best known as Slab Bulkhead from Space Mutiny.
Seriously, the man's entire film career seems to involve him screaming randomly.

Nicholas Cage. The man wanted to play Superman.

Although Shatner really is up there....

Ooh, good one. Maybe not the worst, but quite possibly the smarmiest.

Marlon Wayans. One trick pony, not a good trick.
