No .tix file for purchased copy of Reefer Madness

I purchased the "Reefer Madness" VOD back on the 24th.  Now when I click the link to download the .tix file, it just takes me back to my VOD files list.  I haven't watched it yet, either. 

I have looked on my hard drive for the .divx file too, and don't see it there.

Odd - I will check this ASAP. I am extremely busy with the Con but I will get to this as soon as I'm able.

I'm having the same problem with the ICWXP iRiff. The watch now method justs puts me in circles with the links. I tried using different web browsers but got the same thing each time. I then tried the direct download method it gets further with each try but eventually fizzles out. I could keep that going but my estimates would put me at about 12 hours with no breaks... I'm hoping for a better solution.

Sorry I didn't see this before. ICWXP is not served the same way as the other VOD content. Are there still any issues with the (non-Three Stooges) VOD content?
