Even after watching it, I can't make up my mind. Is this short extremely sexist or is it trying to overcome sexism?

As far as I can tell, it's saying that women can be almost as good as men, but only if properly cultivated, and after certain allowances are made.

So, extremely sexist by today's standards, but dangerously liberal for its day.
