Kennebunk, Maine consists of a bunch of silly guys making musically relevant (or perhaps not) noise carefully constructed to make it sound like they're not actually trying.  Basically, they're like Ween during their early years.  Here, they add a bit of an Eastern, Bollywood-esque flair (plus a quirky cover of John Entwistle's "905") to their usual assortment of eclectically-influenced fart jokes.

No record labels thought that "Death Metal Ska" was a viable sound or genre, so Session Road had to release their debut album independently.  And while their album sound is something to behold itself, one must see their live shows to fully appreciate the band.  Picture the antics of GWAR with the visuals of Cirque du Soleil, then mix in some chanting monks plus a full orchestra, and offer up full audience participation during their hit song "Red-Rumped Myzomela" climax, and you've got one hell of a concert experience.

Best I can tell, Comporellon is a band that's comprised of people who love Roman Numerals.  They have three primary songwriters in the band:  one who is primarily concerned with various sexual fetishes, one who is trying to emulate a Byrds-era David Crosby circa 1967 with such songs as "Force the Hand of Chance" and "Botanical Garden," and one who is a history professor.  It makes for a rather disjointed album, although "Wetlook" was a surprise hit in Finland.

"OTMCM" is an intense metal group who's songs often reflect the lead singers time in various crime families in his youth before a failed career in the US Coast Guard and a misstep where he thought he'd heard the voice of God and became a religious broadcaster.  The band draws much of its influence from the past, comparing the fall of many of the leaders in organized crime to the futility of dictatorships to fail, not to mention the fear of a new Neo-Nazi movement to create the perfect Aryan race of female actresses by modifying important protiens with genetics.

Also the drummer once saw a picture of Bess Truman and really got the hots for her.

"Return of the Mullet" is gonna be played at wedding receptions for the next 20 years.

"Rotary Connection" is about the modern man struggling with demons trapped in a touch tone hell that is customer service.

"Captive Witness" is a drinking song about the Designated Driver being the only one arrested.

"Margarita Island (disambiguation)"  was going to feature a guest appearance by Jimmy Buffet but the drummer assaulted him with a broken Corona bottle when he was in studio, so we got Marilyn Manson instead.  I think you'll like how it turned out.
