Space Travelers is my favorite. Hands down.  I would marry it and have its babies if I could.

I think the first thing that attracted me to it was the chance to see great actors get mocked.  Especially when I heard Crow's Killer Peck Impression, I snorted soda out my nose.
Another would be that the film is actually rather good, even without riffing.  In fact, I think it even won an Oscar for special effects.  How often can you mention "Oscar winner" and MST in the same sentence? :o

And then there is my huge crush on Gene Hackman that may also have something to do with it......

My favorite is still The Amazing Colossal Man. It was the first MST3K episode I'd ever watched.

I'd originally caught the movie back in the "Chiller Theater" midnight showings on some local channel, and I really liked it. The guy getting impaled by the gigantic syringe always cracked me up, but it was also kinda ghastly. I hadn't seen the movie in years until I was flipping channels and saw Joel and the bots riffing on it. I started watching, realized what they were doing to it, and fell in love.

My parents probably wish I'd missed it. Their bedroom is off the living room, so there were plenty of nights when I woke them up from laughing so hard.

Honorable mentions: Ring of Terror, Manos: The Hands of Fate and The Giant Gila Monster (another childhood favorite).

My favorite will always be Jack Frost.  My kids still laugh their heads off at that one.  I used to have it on tape, but (alas) the tape died.  I wish they would commercially release that one.  The close second is the one at the house my kids simply call "Cornjob."  That is Gamera vs. Guiron.  One of the few I saw when I briefly had cable in the 90s (most of the time, we couldn't afford it, until the sci fi years for MST3K)
Are you my virgins?  I hope not!

Wow, that's super difficult to answer, but I'm going to say my favs - and keep in mind I still haven't seen all the MST3Ks -

Final Sacrifice, Werewolf, Horror of Party Beach, Godzilla Vs Megalon, Sampson Vs. the Vampire Women, Mitchell and Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonders.

I've been watching Parts: The Clonus Horror on and off over the week, and it just has an hilarious segment in it: Where Mike and Bots put on a kids show for the "God children".  I've seen it before, but I'd forgotten how funny it was, especially Crow's "moo" at the end.  Of course, it's followed by Mike dancing around in extremely tight silver shorts, so it's not all great...

Devil Doll is a great one.  I could watch it over and over.

Did you know the guy who portrayed the Agent from HARM later appeared in the Star Trek: TNG episode "The Neutral Zone"?

Oh, and my favorite episode is a tie between Pumaman and Space Mutiny.

In no particular order; Space Mutiny, Werewolf, Teenage Strangler, Master Ninja (both of them), Laserblast, Diabolik, The Giant Spider Invasion, The Horrors of Spider Island, and Overdrawn at the Memory Bank.

Yeah, the year after 2001: A Space Odyssey, this piece of cheese won for best effects. Here's two bucks, Oscars, cos that's just what you're worth.

Favorite Joel episode: Gamera vs. Guiron
Favorite Mike episode: Santa Claus

Gamera vs. Guiron is the ultimate, underappreciated episode. It has more music than entire seasons of the show!

I just saw the Castle of Fu Manchu episode, and I loved the guys despair at the quality of the movie.  I certainly don't think it was as bad as some of the other films that have been featured, but Raiders of the Lost Ark it aint.

I'm not sure about ultimate fav, but Jack Frost is definitely one of mine. The part with the chipmunk(squirrel?) says that the bridge is out, killed me the first time around.*Disclaimer* it has been a while since I've seen it.
