I thought the duo did great.  It is different than the trio or two of the guys, but it is also different with Willy Wonka, and that was a great riff.

They have a different vibe.  But it is a fun and witty one that was a joy,  And they worked a tag team on this film, just like they did to Grey's Anatomy.  And both deserved the trashing.  The feminine voice in some of these riffs is a great addition.

Mike, Kevin, and Bill are iconic.  But this sort of variation works as well.   :highfive:

I agree completely. Saw this recently and thought it was a great trax. Am looking forward to more with Bridget.

I saw the script for Next, and this was what Cris Johnson was supposed to look like:

Mid-twenties, jaded, rebellious, handsome as a statue, Cris radiates a serene, if somewhat scruffy, charisma.

How did that turn into Nick Cage?

I think if you take a look at one particular "producer" credit at the beginning of the movie you have your answer

Finally picked this up over the weekend and I can clearly say I am joining the crowd asking for more Bridget riffs.   :)

i loved Bridget and Mike together. What a fun couple :)

I thought Nicholas and Jessica had some of the WORST chemistry ever. I mean, who thought they would be an endearing couple?!? She's young enough to be his daughter. And what was with his douchebag face in every scene?! YUCK.

The rifftrax was good, but it couldn't overpower how bad this movie is.

When will Hollywood finally admit that you CANNOT adapt Phillip K. Dick stories into movies?
They're way too complex and basically insane to be made into films.

I know some people love Blade Runner, but I've never really got it.
Minority Report is a good first half, but the action movie-ish second half hurts it.
Imposter is bad, and I've never seen Paycheck or A Scanner Darkly.

I disagree, it's just that you need someone very intelligent to be doing the conversion. You can't have the same clowns who make movies like The Rock look at some highly abstract and avante garde Phillip K Dick stuff and pad it out it into a movie length time slot.

Also, loved blade runner but I see why some people dislike it as it's a little pretentious and full of itself. Not only are we making an artsy film but by god it will be the artsy-est film ever made!

I've watched this one twice now...  I know this is a few years old now, and I don't know how Mike and Bridgette's marriage is these days, but I just love listening to the two of them.

I'm not some super-romantic, mushy-guy, but they really seem to have an affection and care for each other that comes through.

It makes me smile.

The chemistry between Mike and Bridgett is great here, and it does make it fun to listen to. I would love to see Bridgett make a comeback as a guest riffer. She is so good at it, and having a woman gives it a different dynamic than the sausagefest of Mike, Kevin and Bill.

For a similar thing, listen to Hor-Riff-ic Productions riffs, as that is also a husband and wife team.
