Does RiffTrax Live count?

If not, then it was either Stereolab or Super Furry Animals, way back in 2002 B.C.  (Before Children).

My last gig was The Mission in Wolverhampton on 5/18 (18/5 in English) two days after seeing them in Manchester.Still as good as the old days, although not as much posing these days.Their "appeal has become more selective" these days, instead of playing Wembley or headlining Reading festivals its just a few hundred in a hot sweaty room these days.Mostly the same people at every show too as they still have a fanatical following.First gig was Krokus (don't laugh) way back in 1981.Next gig will hopefully be The Cult if the rumoured September tour happens,if not then The Alarm.Would like to see Heaven And Hell & Rush but I don't like Manchester Arena, saw Bob Dylan there and he was just a speck in the distance, also saw Whitesnake and we were sat side on to the stage  ???

Well I just got back from seeing Les Claypool last night (again), but it was hard to top considering what happened the night I went. In a nutshell, during the GA show, Claypool called me out during the last song and asked me if I was willing to trade my Residents shirt I was wearing in favor for two of his own shirts (which would be autographed by him). The fact alone that I was being made an offer by Claypool (who has always been one of my musical idols) made it impossible for me to say no. Looking back on it, it was a great bargain too: that shirt I was wearing cost me $17, and his shirts were around $20 each. The roadie that I stripped to even gave me a setlist of the show, so I could frame it or something. For a 16 year old kid who has accomplished little in his life (no girlfriend, no real job, etc.), I'm pretty sure that I can say this was the coolest fucking thing that ever happened to me (in terms of glee).

Oh yeah, and the show was awesome too.

Daaamn, that's cool. So he just saw you in the audience and said "I want that shirt!"

Yeah, he pointed to me and everything! "You in the Residents shirt! I will trade you two of my shirts for that shirt!" It kinda took me by surprise, because if he wanted it he could've just asked during the beginning of the show. It's not as if I was in the balcony, I was in the front row (camping for 4+ hours ROCKS). And with Claypool having an entire career of name dropping the Residents, it struck me a little odd that he wouldn't have already owned this common Rez shirt.

Fun Fact: While camping in line I could've sworn I saw him walking right across the street from the venue, which was neat to see him in casual clothes.

Retired from the concert scene about a decade ago, but the last show I went to was the ,97 KISSmas (the rock station's call letters were KISS. Hahahahaha) holiday concert. My favorite band of all time (The Tea Party) was headlining with The Jason Bonham Band and Soak opening. It was -really -freaking -sweet.

If you're counting other musical-type concerts, then I'd say the concert last year with the NM Symphony Orchestra performing Star Wars. That was also really sweet. Until they had people dressed like Han Solo and Luke Skywalker dancing ballet. That was weird.

If, by "weird," you mean "AWSM," then yes.

Skinny Puppy - Mythmaker Tour @ Electric Factory, Phildelphia, PA

First Opening Act (Otto Von Sciarch) was odd, n a fun sort of way.
Second Opening Act... can't remember the name, but I think a sound tech messed up somewhere. The band just eventually broke into live ambient noise.

Sk-uppy put on a hell of a show, but I was denied the privilage of hearing "Magnifishit" live.
S'okay though, it was still worth it.

Last one I went to was Clutch and Five Horse Johnson (Dub Trio was there but they totally sucked so I don't count them), and it was the greatness.
