I have 15 Rifftrax and this one is now my favorite (The Matrix is now my second favorite).

I can't pick just one line, so here's my 3 favorites (but there are many many other 'laugh out loud' moments in this one)

1. Happy face....Sad face

2. The whole "Horse of July" exchange

3. Mike: Wait....He has to go buy bread, but he can't talk to anyone?
Kevin: Perhaps a brief pantomime about flour and yeast.

But I also lost it when the film looked like it was ending and Mike started giving the wrap up and then another ending came in.

Yeah, that made me laugh, but what made me laugh harder is when Kevin admitted "I never get that right."

I also laughed a lot when Brom was crystallized and Mike chimed in with: "And so they mourn their friend Brom, encased as he was in crystal forever, realising too late that he had left this world bearing a sizeable chubster, which would now be on display for thousands of years."

"Ya got any cheese!?"

When the Urgals [Urkels] are raiding the little group of peasants. I burst out laughing.

And when Brom is assessing the dragon and he gets to the line where he says

Brom: All in all...
Kevin (as Brom): ...a monstrous abomination.

I simply can't decide. I'll have to re-watch this tract for another verdict.

"Yeah, I'm drunk. What're you gonna do about it, you Aussie git?"

And too many more to mention.  :D Fantastic riff.

"Ooh, I think I'll be avoiding the sausage from his butcher shop for a while" in response to the gruesome interrogation noises coming from said shop.

"TROGDOR!"
"Halt and be fabulous!"

Just about anything related to those "flamboyant" costumes, actually.  The one about Bjorn Borg (or whatever the hell the poor-man's Obi-Wan's name was) and his sizable chubster had me in stitches as well.

God, I can't even narrow it down to just one.  This is one of the best trax I've seen so far.
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

Disembaudio singing over the end credits had/has me in stitches

My landlord was watching this movie (non-riffed version) with his kids and I had to leave the room when the song came on at the end cos I couldn't contain my giggles having heard the riffed version  :D
