edit: there's some naughty language in the song, listen at your own risk.

Episode 2 is out, just so everyone knows. We're mostly Fridays from here on:

•Episode 2 - Friday, November 15
•Episode 3 - Friday, November 22
•Episode 4 - Friday, November 29
•Episode 5 - Friday, December 6
•Episode 6 - Friday, December 13
•Episode 7 - Wednesday, December 18
•Episode 8 - Friday, December 27

(What's the matter, Disney? Is something ELSE Happening on December 20th that made you break the schedule?)

Waited until I could watch 2 episodes at once.
I find most of the Star Wars movies difficult to go back and watch due to the god awful dialog.  And I despise 95% of all super hero movies. This was like a super hero TV series set in the Star Wars universe . But I thought it was OK ((thankfully no Marvel-esque fart jokes). Not nearly as great as some of the hype. But decent enough I’ll continue to watch. Not sure I would have predicted it if all the reviews didn’t state that there was a surprise at the end of chapter 1, but I figured out what the surprise was going to be about halfway through chapter 1.

Marvel-esque fart jokes? Can you name an example or two off the top of your head? Because I'm thinking back all the way to Iron Man and I'm struggling to think of a fart joke in any MCU movie.

Well, I'll tell you what, as I was sitting through episode 1 of The Mandalorian I was thinking to myself... damn, who in the hell could this bounty be? Somebody we already know? Anyway I was genuinely and very pleasantly surprised! I got to tell you I was not expecting that! To be perfectly honest I am pretty sure nobody called that it would be

I had JUST rewatched that episode of Python not two days before seeing the episode (watching the new, incredible, Blu-ray release of them), so laughed probably harder than I would have otherwise at the "CF" event there, thinking of the Mandalorian in the non-interrogating officer's position!  ;D

That was an amazing episode! Now all they have to do is keep up the quality of the show for the next 7 or 8 years and maybe people will stop saying Disney ruined Star Wars!

Enjoying the baby yoda show. It’d be pretty meh without Boda, but with him it’s quite enjoyable. I also enjoyed that the tough female character wasn’t in a bikini and she was actually decently thick, not some skin and bones model that I’m supposed to buy as strong. Her arms were much bigger than mine!

Yeah Gina Carano is quite the hottie. Not only can Cara Dune seriously kick ass but she can look seriously beautiful doing it too. She's like the Black Widow of Star Wars... at least until Mara Jade(hopefully) comes along.

Is no one going to mention the fact that a character refers to Life Day? The SW Holiday Special is now canon  ;)

I think Disney was getting back at GL by making the SWHS canon, they probably didn't like that whole "white slavers" comment.
