I've watched the finale 3 times now, 3rd time I did a bunch of freeze frames, some stuff to look for:

Watch the background the 2nd time they are talking to the doorman, someone from mid way through season 3 goes flying past.

The name of the coffee shop is a joke about some of the writers and their coffee tastes.

Check out the name on the guitar instructors poster.

Pay attention to the name on the reward card at the end.

watched it again to pick out background stuff, and the stupid nick's menu is great. although, paunch burger may have to sue them for their drink sizes.

(spoilered for size)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

i wish there were references to these two shows in brooklyn nine-nine, but i can understand that not everything needs easter eggs.

There have been occasional nods to Parks and Rec throughout the show, but according to the podcast they didn't want the 2 universes to be directly linked, so that's why Nick Offerman played himself and not Ron Swanson.

Nick asked for a super expensive chair for him to comment on but it didn't arrive on time, so he had to pretend to fawn over a chair he thought was pure crap (he is a master woodworker in real life in case anyone didn't know that).

Ohhhhh, I wondered what was the deal with that scene.

i like that he was worried his woodworker friends would make fun of him. ;D

When I saw Ron Swanson(Not Ron Swanson) I nearly lost my mind. I was hoping Leslie Knope, Andy Dwyer and April Ludgate would also have cameos.

Been going through the Blu-Ray set and most episodes have a few seconds of extra dialog here and there, but episode 33 Fractured Inheritance has an entire sub plot with Jason and Janet that was cut from the aired and streaming versions.

It adds weight a few episodes later when Jason tells Janet he's starting to have feelings for her again, I always thought that scene in the good place post office sort of came out of nowhere since Jason had not had that much screen time alone with Janet, but the scenes with them together doing an ethics thing in the art museum change that.
