I like Chelsea Perretti, and Gina can be entertaining...but she's kind of a retread of Beth from NewsRadio.

On the other hand, I love Captain Holt, who is quite fleshed-out when he so easily could have been a retread of every "stiff emotionless authority figure" from every humorous law enforcement show.

Boyle's breakup kinda came out of nowhere.

Everything else was fantastic.

Just finished the new episode. Loved fat Terry. The makeup was actually pretty good on him; for a moment I wasn't sure if it was Crews or if they'd just hired a fat guy who kinda looked like him. Also, Santiago in a tank top. Daaaaaaaaang.
I was pretty impressed with the storyline for her, actually. Smoking is such a bugaboo in Hollywood these days that to feature it in an episode of a tv show at all seemed unique. Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending smoking. I just like seeing something different. Very funny overall!

It was Terry in fat make up.  You know, I REALLY hope Terry ends up in a Marvel movie somewhere.  The guy is built like a superhero and has fantastic comedic chops that would serve him well with the Marvel feel.  Maybe in the next Guardians movie.

Right, like I said, it was just a brief moment and then I knew. In fairness, I was watching it on my phone. Terry Crews IS hilarious; I'd love to see him in a Marvel flick.

I thought I was caught up on this show but I seem to have missed the fat Terry episode. Guess my DVR decided to not record it. 
I'll have to hunt that one down on Hulu or something when I get home from my parents.

It's a very short scene in the last episode, in which he talks about his food addiction and accidentally breaks the window of an ice cream shop.  I think it was ice cream.  Some delicious food, anyway.
